Sorriso Nest is the fulfillment of the dreams of the Augustinian Sisters Servants of Jesus and Mary founded by Ven. Mother Maria Teresa Spinelli in 1827, Rome. Our motto is to “Serve rather than be Served.”Our model is the Blessed Virgin Mary who called herself the “handmaid of the Lord.”Our foundress believed that serving the aged and the sick is not just a duty but is a reflection of Divine Love.
